Q1. Tell me about yourself?

Ans. There is a very simple formula for this question i.e PPF means Present, Past & Future. You should start your answer with your current designation, role & responsibilities in your current company if you are an experienced, candidate. Freshers can start their answer with a recently completed course/education. Followed by past they had did & end with future planning along with the position for which you are applying.

Q2. How did you hear about this position in our company?

Ans. You can simply answer from where you know about this position e.g job portal, any friend, or in any other way.

Q3. What are your strengths?

Ans. You should find your strength related to the position for which you are applying and tell the interviewer along with your experience related to this strength.

Q4. What are your biggest weaknesses?

Ans. You should tell your weaknesses in such a way that turned into your positive point.

E.g. When I am working I involve myself so much that I forget everything else like as I have to take a break or go for lunch etc.

This examples shows that you do work very dedicatedly.

Q5. Why should we hire you?

Ans. This is the change to tell interviewer your strengths along with your flexibility.

Ans. Here you can tell about your skills that are fit to the current position for which you have applied.

Ans. Here your answer should be optimistic, tell your goal along with the company’s progress will help you to satisfy interview.

Ans. You should have some knowledge about the company’s work, branches & directors etc in which you are going for interview.

Q9. What are your salary expectations?

Ans. If you are fresher & the position for which are applying is important then you can simply said as per your company’s norms else you can tell your expectations, but one thing keep in mind that you just talk about only for in-hand salary not for CTC.

Ans. If you have any doubt about current position or any question related to company you can ask. It would be good if you ask any question related to your role & responsibilities.
