Q1. How will you deal with an annoying coworker?

Ans. Here you can say that I will do following things to concentrate on my work:-

(a) Try to identify the Problem & try to resolve it as soon as possible.
(b) Will try to find out some common interest and will try to co-ordinate with him.
(c) Don’t penic & try to understand annoying person, as you can’t change him but you can change your understanding about him.
(d) Cultivate understanding means ask from yourself why this person is angry on you.
(e) Set your bounderies, if you need to work with him then keep your relationship professional.

Q2. What was your greatest failure, and what did you learn from that?

Ans. Failure is a great chance to improve the quality of your work. There is no problem in failing, when you fail in any case then you learn the best things from that & next time you will never do that mistake again. So don’t say that you never failed in any case. Try to find out your failure case that may be related to your study, first job, or while working on any project, just tell the interviewer truly along with your learning from that failure.

Q3. If your supervisor asked you to do something that you disagreed with, what would you do?

Ans. When you give the answer to this question, focus on your words and behavior because the interviewer wants to know your way of disagreement for this situation so you can respectfully address the disagreement along with your solid reason.

Ans. By this question actually interviewer trying to get a sense of what you know about their company’s working environment and culture along with your expectation from his company. He wants to know that you have an understanding of business processes and the responsibilities of the role.

Ans. This is the time when you have to tell your best work along with the complete description. By asking this question interviewer actually want to know your work quality & motivate others to follow him.
